I have the harness ready, as you see.

KRATOS

Encase his arms in it, then pound your hammer

against those nails and pin him to the rock.

HEPHAISTOS

The work is getting done. You needn’t worry.

KRATOS

Now drive those nails in deeper. Leave no slack.

He’s monstrously ingenious at escape.

HEPHAISTOS

He’ll sooner move the mountain than this arm.

KRATOS

Then bind the other arm, to let him know

his cleverness can’t match the mind of Zeus.

HEPHAISTOS

No one can justly blame me, except for him.
